We look forward to sharing YDT’s inspiring journey and impactful initiatives with hundreds of young attendees, sparking excitement and motivation for their own future pathways. Oct 28, 2024 - Youth Digital Talent (YDT) is thrilled to announce its partnership with the Alberta Tech Alliance Association (ATAA), a leading non-profit dedicated to advancing STEM education through FIRST robotics programs. Together, we’ll be hosting an exciting Java programming workshop and a live robotics demonstration for Girl Guides of Canada Troops 212 and the 9th Pathfinders on November 25, 2024. This interactive event will engage approximately 25 students aged 10 to 14, providing them with hands-on experience in coding and robotics, designed to spark curiosity and build foundational skills in technology.

Sept 19, 2024 - Youth Digital Talent are excited to announce our collaboration with the The Portail de l'Immigrant Association (PIA) to launch the "From App Developer to Photobooth Entrepreneur" project, running from Sept 27th to Oct 25th, 2024. This initiative aims to equip PIA students with hands-on app development skills, mentor them to start a photobooth business as young entrepreneurs, boosting community vibes!

Aug 21, 2024 - Youth Digital Talent are excited to announce our collaboration with the GLOCAL Foundation of Canada to host a nationwide online workshop: Make Your First Video Game: A 2D Platformer in Unity! Following our successful workshop last Saturday, students showed interest in learning more Unity. We invite you all to explore the concepts of the first Unity workshop further.
